Return Policy

  • At 3KKR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase Subtle TEE products. If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please submit a claim within 10 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

    If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us directly to submit a problem report. We are here to support you and ensure that your experience with us is positive.

    While we are unable to offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of our production process, which helps reduce overproduction and waste, we appreciate your understanding.   • Please contact us for approval before returning any items. We will provide you with the return address upon approval.

    Important notes for return process:

    A full photo of the damaged item is always required to assess the issue and offer a solution. Without it, we won’t be able to proceed with a reprint or any other resolution.

    Once we’ve received your email and reviewed the report, we’ll follow up with the next steps. If the damage qualifies, we’ll cover the reprint and shipping costs.

    ** Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.

  • If an insufficient address is provided, where package is unable to be delivered, the shipment will be returned to our facility, and you will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address. Similarly, unclaimed shipments will incur reshipment costs.

  • If you made a mistake with your shipping address, you may still be able to correct it if the order hasn’t shipped yet, so please reach out to us as soon as possible with the correct address and we will try our best to update the address.

    What If It’s Too Late to Change the Address?

    If the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. We will notify you via email, and you’ll have 5 days to confirm the updated address for reshipping. Please note that if the original address was incorrect, we will not charge a service or restocking fee but you will need to cover the shipping cost to resend the package.

  • Why Orders Get Returned:

    Orders may be returned for several reasons, including:

    - An undeliverable address.

    - The package was unclaimed at customs.

    - It was refused or returned by the customer.

    - The parcel wasn’t picked up from a parcel locker or pick-up point.

    Once the returned package arrives at our facility, you will receive a notification via email.

    What Happens Next

    We will reach out to you to confirm the delivery address and to discuss how you would like to proceed.

    Please note that returns are not prioritized by carriers, so we cannot guarantee specific delivery estimates. Typically, returns can take 2–4 weeks to be processed at our facility. Once processed, you will have the option to reship the returned package.

    If you still wants the item, you have 10 days from the date of our return notification to reship it, either to the same or a new address.

    Note: Shipping charges will apply if the order was unclaimed at customs, returned by the customer, or originally sent to an incorrect address.
